Refund Policy

Software

Electrical Resources, Inc. provides free 7-day evaluations of all its software. Additionally, ERI provides pre-sales support to assist with the installation and use of the product during the evaluation period.

After your payment is approved, you will be sent appropriate license keys to unlock your software. Once this information has been provided to you, there will be no refunds issued. It is not possible to return a registered version of the software.

We urge you to utilize our technical support staff during the evaluation period. Please download, install, and test the trial versions of our software before making a purchase.

In extreme instances and within seven days of purchase, due only to technical difficulties or software incompatibilities, we may, at our own discretion, issue a refund. If a refund is issued, a signed destruction notice must be sent to Electrical Resources, Inc. signifying that the software has been removed from all computers covered under the purchase.

Books

ERI offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on our books. To receive a refund, books must be returned to Electrical Resources, prepaid and in new condition, within 30 days.

Furthermore, binders and their current contents remain the property of Electrical Resources, Inc., and must be returned, prepaid, if the subscription is discontinued for any reason. ERI reserves the right to invoice you as long as any books are in your possession, and you agree that you will be responsible for these payments.
