We introduced our first estimating program in 1976. Since then, we have made a science of estimating and have included features to make the takeoff process faster and more accurate.
Most estimating programs use a third-party on-screen takeoff program. We don’t. We designed and built our own.
Most estimating programs come with a “canned” database. Ours isn’t “canned”. From the more than 33,000 estimates we have prepared since 1975 we have built the largest and most comprehensive database in the industry. And we are constantly adding new items to the database.
Quantum takes you from on-screen Auto Count, to AutoBranch, to Audit Trail and to Bid Price in less time than any other program.
Quantum is used by Mike Holt Enterprises for estimating training.

Our materials pricing is based on actual contractor prices. Our clients across the country send us their actual price sheets they receive from suppliers. Price Updates are issued as material prices change.
