The Summary tab sorts and displays all items entered for a job. Items within assembles are exploded out and combined with identical material items entered individually, as long as the price and labor units of those items are identical. All Summary features work identically to the procedures described in Creating Your Estimate.
The total cost of the materials can be adjusted by using the Multiplier. If a 25% mark-up is desired, then change the multiplier to 1.25 and click Calculate. Material costs can be reset to their original costs at any time by clicking Reset to Original.
